The facility features a modern line for washing and processing food-grade chicken eggs. This process guarantees the highest hygiene and safety standards before further use, making washed eggs highly sought after in the food service and HoReCa industries.

The factory produces liquid egg melange, which undergoes pasteurization while preserving its nutritional value and stable characteristics. Additionally, we
manufacture dried egg powder, obtained by drying pasteurized melange. This process extends the product’s shelf life while maintaining its taste and nutritional properties, making it a versatile ingredient for the food industry, baking, sausage production, and sauces.
